Beware before having your vehicle serviced for any issues that you may have. Do your research. I took my vehicle in for a major job. Communication only happened when I reached out and inquired about my vehicle and would ask for a status update. The worst service I’ve ever experienced, from the purchase down to the repairs. I purchased a vehicle in December of 2021. As they promised to fix certain issues, they have NOT!!! I’ve called my salesman Nick on several occasions and I’m still waiting. I’ve even went to the location and asked for my salesman and a sales manager. As of October 4, 2022, I’m still waiting on a response. All I want is for my vehicle to be serviced as promised. I do NOT recommend them for anything.

The service department has horrible customer service. I called them and left a voicemail to be called back but they did not answer. So I called the next week and left another voice message and was still ignored. After a couple more days I demanded to speak with someone immediately and finally got through. Hollingsworth Ford has delivered Horrible service and they do not stand by their policies. Each department blames the other for poor work. Irresponsibe at fulfilling warranty work and extended warranty guarantees. They do not follow through after new car is purchased. CAN’T BE TRUSTED. I made a cash offer by phone because I am 2.5 hours away. They accepted my offer. They wanted me to take delivery the next day. Found this vehicle online and requested to see it. There was only a stock photo of the truck online, but based on the reviews on HolIingsworth Ford, I knew I would not be disappointed. I drove from New Orleans to Baton Rouge after work to view and test drive the truck. Everyone was professional and prompt. My sales person, Marlin Glenn was spot-on with everything I asked about the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle within 1-hour from my time of arrival until I drove off with the vehicle.

Josh the sales manager is a no good snake. These people sell bad cars. They give you a carfax report that says no damage reported, but come to find out the vehicle they sold me had heavy damage done to it. Plus there's oil leaking into the coolant reservoir and josh the manager is too xxxxx to even return my phone call. My advice to the public......don't do business with these people. The will try and sell salt to a slugg. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

I purchased a new 2019 Mustang GT in June ,2019. I was told by 2 people in the Dealership that if I did the required maintenance of the car at their dealership that the drive train would be warranted as long as I owned the car. According to them ,this included the engine, transmission, clutch components of a manual transmission and the rear differential.This is absolutely false, as was verified by a brochure I was reading while I am being told this. orrible service! I am out of 7100.00 because of them! They basically said my mechanic broke the engine! As if, that’s possible? They gave me a note of all my mechanic did wrong that supposedly broke the engine, and two mechanics have stated none of those things can break an engine and make an engine knock!!! Type of vehicle I was looking to purchase was being offered at a very good price. Made initial contact via the internet and immediately received response. Stopped in on the way home from vacation and purchased the vehicle I was interested in. Entire process was fast and painless. We were treated very nicely by all of the staff. While I waited, the vehicle was washed, filled up with gas, oil changed. Hollingsworth-Richards Ford beat all other dealers prices in Lafayette and the surrounding area.
